Andy brings over 30 years of senior leadership and business ownership experience, including roles as a General Manager and business owner within the MedTech industry. He has worked closely with senior executives, healthcare professionals, and organisational leaders across Sub-Saharan Africa and Israel, building businesses, developing leadership teams, and sustaining service excellence in demanding environments. 

This lived experience shapes Andy’s coaching. He understands the realities of leadership - the weight of decision-making, the pace, the responsibility, and the quiet isolation that can accompany senior roles. 

Andy primarily coaches leaders who are navigating transition - stepping into new roles, reassessing direction, or recognising that continued success requires a different way of leading. His clients span financial services, healthcare, MedTech, mining, professional services, business owners, and medical specialists in private practice. 

As a certified Enneagram practitioner, Andy also supports leaders and teams to better understand motivation, behaviour, and relational dynamics. Used selectively, this insight deepens self-awareness, strengthens trust, and enhances leadership effectiveness.
